WHO ARE YOU?

The question looks somehow right? But it is a question that every rational being should find time to answer personally, it is a question no one can answer for you, it is a question to be answered only by you and you alone.

It is so unfortunate that many people are yet to know who they are, many are still following the crowd, many gallivanting about accomplishing frivolities, the point here is if you don’t know who you are the world will certainly call you what you are not. Knowing who you are starts from knowing your purpose, it starts from getting your priorities and bearing right, if you can’t stand for anything you will fall everything.

You are not a mistake and that is why you are a rational thinking man, knowing who you are takes everything you can be to be discovered. How you treat yourself will determine how others will treat you, how others will carry you will be determined by how you have been carrying yourself, how you are carrying yourself and how you will be carrying yourself. If you want people to respect you, respect yourself first. WHO ARE YOU?

Are you studying that course because your best friend is studying the same course? Or because your dad is an engineer you must also become and engineer? Or because that girl that you like most is doing it that is why you will also like to do it? Are you in that relationship because all your friends have girlfriends? Are you wearing hat cloth because that is the latest design? If your answer to these questions are yes or partial yes then you have a long way to go.

If you want to walk fast walk alone and if you want to walk far walk with people, who are the people you are walking with? The people you mingle with, the people you walk with  will determine who you are, the set of people you relate with academically will determine how well you perform academically, the set of people you relate with relationship wise will determine the kind of relationship you have think of any other aspect of human life. Discover yourself on time before it is too late.

Realize the reality before the reality realizes you because it will be highly lugubrious if reality should realize you before you realize reality that is why it is a child of necessity for you to discover yourself on time and know who you are so you will not be called what you are not at the end of the day.

Finally always remember this that YOU ARE THE YOU THAT MAKES YOU THE YOU THAT YOU ARE THAT IS WHY YOU ARE YOU and nobody else, stop comparing yourself, take time to know yourself and move on.
