When I was stupid and foolish
I did a lot of things that were stupid and foolish
When stupidity was in my blood
Even every little cell in my body
Behaved stupidly
My emotions behaved stupidly
My sense of reasoning was not left out
After all stupidity has no limit
When I was stupid
I fell in love stupidly
I made my friends my enemies
And enemies friends
My stupidity reached its climax
When I thought there was no God
Until my savior and redeemer
Who made a way
Even when there seems to be no way
Through my dear daddy
And then I was taken out of
The shackles of stupidity
And now in Him I am wise.
