I hide my pain under my smile

The smile makes me look good

I always try hard to get rid of the pain

I smile always just to hide the pain

Even though the pain is hurting me

And sometimes the pain will overcome the smile

But I have to be strong

The pain is eating me up

I'm getting stronger with this pain

The pain is choking me up everyday 

The more I feel the pain the stronger I become
